I’ve been closely engaged with artificial intelligence technologies for quite some time. I actively follow current developments and explore how I can apply these tools both in my professional work and personal creative projects. But this project… was born a little differently. This time, it was about a long-held dream of mine intersecting with technology.
Music has always been a part of my life. At 15, I began writing in a notebook I called my “Songbook,” and over the years, I jotted down dozens of lyrics. But turning them into actual songs was never really possible. Now, with this album released under the name MTL SOUND, that quiet dream from my childhood has finally found its voice — this time, through the phrase: Robotuz Diye Sevmeyelim Mi.
🤖 What about the voice?
In this project, I deliberately took a different path. The idea of creating an AI-voiced album offered a form of expression that is both creative and in tune with the times. The album consists of 15 tracks — 13 with lyrics and 2 instrumental. Most of the lyrics are written by me, but I also included contributions from a few close friends.
The entire production was done by me — from digital composition, arrangement, sound design, and mastering, to the album cover and the creation of all the official visualizers on YouTube. In short, every single detail.
As Mutlu Yiğit, I went through a deeply personal creative process and brought it to life under the MTL SOUND label. I didn’t use my own voice in the album — not because I couldn’t, but because I chose not to. It was an intentional decision, and I didn’t want to disrupt the unique style that sets this album apart. I wanted to see how songs written with real emotions could resonate differently when voiced by artificial intelligence.
📛 Why the Title “Robotuz Diye Sevmeyelim Mi”?
There are a few reasons why I chose this title. First, when the phrase came to my mind, I did some research — and surprisingly, no one had used it before. It felt like such a natural expression, yet there were zero results on Google. That caught my attention. From a strategic perspective, it made sense: it carried emotional weight, strong associations, and would lead directly to the album when searched. And as shown on the album cover:
“Written by a human, voiced by AI.”
That’s exactly why I felt this title was the right one.
The album explores themes like love, abandonment, loneliness, inner transformation, and acceptance. Some songs are more fragile and emotional, while others are stronger and more resolute. But each one carries a trace of the time in which it was written. For me, this wasn’t just a digital experiment — it became a natural way to express emotions through a different form.

Under the name MTL SOUND, I’ve previously released techno tracks in English and German. But “Robotuz Diye Sevmeyelim Mi?” is my first Turkish album — and perhaps the one that reflects my inner world the most.
